Kagen no Tsuki (下弦の月, lit. "Last Quarter of the Moon"), sometimes called Last Quarter or Waning Moon,[1] is a manga series created by Ai Yazawa. The manga was serialized in Ribon from 1998 until 1999. Shueisha published the series into three volumes.

A live-action film based on the manga was released in 2004. Geneon Entertainment licensed the film for release in North America, however the manga has yet to be released in English.

Ai Yazawa wrote and drew the manga. It was serialized in Ribon magazine from 1998 to 1999, and later published into three volumes by Shueisha.

The manga was reprinted in 2004 to go along with the live-action film's release.[2] Currently the manga is set to be republished in two volumes on March 19, 2013.[1]

The live-action film was released in 2004, and starred Chiaki Kuriyama as Mizuki Mochizuki, Hyde as Adam Lang, and Tomoko Kurokawa as Hotaru Shiraishi.
